We get it — sometimes plans change, and that’s okay.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations:

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make adjustments since your package could already be in progress.

 

Refunds:

Because our products are created and packaged with care — many being personalized or time-sensitive — we generally don’t offer refunds unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

If Something Goes Wrong:

If your order isn’t right or arrives damaged, please email us at MyBreakUpBuddyTeam@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll take care of it quickly — no stress, no judgment.
